Continuing the theme of contemplative photography I am finding that I am thinking much more before I press the shutter, I have always loved the simple and am an ‘outside of the box’ photographer and thanks to Kim’s tutorials have learnt that less is more. So here is my image I processed it in Lightroom I desaturated then I used the split tone of blue mostly with a touch of yellow I used 2 layers of Kim’s new texture rainy day on multiply and soft light in Photoshop. I particularly like this font it has crisp lines but gives that handwritten look, it is called Halo Handletter I got it from DaFont.
That’s exactly what I am trying to do……
Love this minimalist look! Harder to do than it looks!

Thanks so much for sharing your image and your font, too. I love the structural theme of this photo with lines and texture as the key elements. And, yes, I'm learning to let go, too.

So beautiful. I really need to think about simplifying and being more contemplative. Love what you've done here.

Wonderful. But, if I look at it too long, I'll start to sneeze. So real . . . my hayfever just loves them.
