My Friday Find is Photoshop I know, I’ve been using it for ages but I am constantly finding new and wonderful ways of playing with my images
My dear friend Sarah at Paisley Rain Boots has set the Groupies a challenge called ‘My One Thing’ basically it means to try to accomplish one creative thing this week either a lesson from a class, a piece of writing anything. Also Cindy at Art is My Life has started a new link up called Show and Share.
So I have tried to jump back into my Photoshop Artistry class. This class is so full of content that I think I will be learning for a long time, so whilst I don’t think I will use some of the techniques I have certainly learnt a lot about Photoshop and how to get the best out of all it’s little secrets.
Additional digital supplies by Lori Davidson at Scrapbookgraphics.
Wow — you are so creative and artistic in so many areas Viv — always a pleasure to visit and learn. xo

I really love the one where the woman in the foreground is so transparent! Such a ghostly feel! I think I may have to do some more cemetery walking and create my own ghost pictures!

Beautiful work and I love the end result. Thanks for taking us through the process. The one thing was a great challenge and I'm thinking my one thing for next week should be getting back to this course. I thought I knew quite a bit about Photoshop until I started getting into the course.

You've certainly discovered many aspects of PhotoShop. Your final is awesome! PhotoShop is an amazing application. I'd be lost without it, but am very sad they've gone to subscription-base for updates. I can't afford it anymore so don't know what I'll do in the future. 😦

Your palace image turned out great. It was good to see your progression and realize how we all have to 'work' things to get them just right. Love how you add her luggage and violin. Your steam punk girl is quite the gal. Fabulous!
