My Friday Find is pretty simple really discovering (duh) that I can adapt almost any of my digital scrapbooking supplies into a completely different shape and size…
I took some photos on my phone at about 8am as the sun was just peeking through the trees. I processed them in Lightroom ( I do find that the colour red with all it’s tones does not play well in my photo processing)
I used only Anna Aspnes products , I am a shocker for mixing and matching with different designers that then makes it difficult to list all the products used.

A screen shot of the basic template lots of lovely ways to swap around

I used Anna Aspnes ArtPlay Palettes, Autumn Haze, Autumnal and Jardinier
as you can see a lot of playing around
I’m still not completely happy with the layout I need to change the journalling..
I’m off on a little road trip on Sunday to Yorkshire for a few days lots of beautiful places to visit.
So here is a list of places we hope to visit..
Fountains Abbey a UNESCO World Heritage site
Saltaire another UNESCO World Heritage site
York just full of beautiful places to photograph, the Minster, Railway Museum and so much more.
The Ripon and Knaresborough area..
Whitby the home of Dracula a beautiful seaside town with an amazing history.
And lots more ….
Have a great weekend…
P.S. My weekend walk might be bit delayed !!

  1. Looks mighty fine Viv, I always enjoyed it but I always had a heck of a time keeping everything organized. I did enjoy mixing everyone's work just to suit me the way you have done here. Then I also never could remember who's it was to give them credit in the end which was another problem I always had. I was a mess at this so I gave it up. I am much the same way when I process an image, I play and never remember my steps or write things down, as I said I am a mess. You on the other hand are always ORGANIZED. Gorgeous work, you really do such beautiful work.

  3. I'm not a scrapbook person of any kind though something tells me I'm missing out-I've been to Saltaire, York and Whitby-and love Yorkshire. Hope you have wonderful time with fabulous weather.

  4. Well, I love the layout. I'm impressed! You are so creative. Have a fun trip to York! I visited once and took a walking tour around the top of the wall around the old city. Delightful!
